What is the return method, and do I have to pay a return shipping charge?

After receiving Gigigos clothes/backpacks, we accept return/refund requests within 30 days. Exceeding the deadline, We will no longer be responsible for this.

We accept returns by mail and have no restocking fees!

  1. If you have got defective or damaged clothes/backpacks, and if you need to exchange them for the same clothes/backpacks, please send us an email at [email protected] to get the operation process and return address. It’s free to replace.
  2. Suppose you received the wrong style of clothes/backpacks or wrong size clothes/backpacks, or you received any broken clothes/backpacks, or the quality of the clothes/backpacks you received is poor/defective. In that case, GIGIGOS is responsible for return postage fees and replacement fees.
  3. If you chose the wrong clothes/backpacks due to a changed mind, don’t like it, etc. The customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees.

We will email you back within 1 to 2 business days with a return authorization number and a free pre-paid return label. The return instructions will be included with your return label email.

Please note:

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed;

Merchandise must have all tags, original packaging,

accessories and embellishments fully intact;

Gift cards, formal dress, jewelry, swimwear, underwear, and bodysuit merchandise may not be returned.


Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of your package.

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
