You are free to cancel any unpaid order in My Orders, click the cancel and choose the reason, then cancellation will be completed.
Cancel a paid order
Customers are not allowed to cancel paid orders by themselves. You can submit the order number and recipient details in the form below to cancel the order. Our customer service will help and request a refund.
Cancel a shipment order
We do not support the cancellation of orders that have already been shipped, but you can make a return request according to our return & refund policy.
